It is the continuous application of a cost-effective, environmental and technological strategy integrated to processes and products, in order to increase the efficiency in the use of raw materials, water and energy through waste non-generation, minimization or recycling.
With recent market demands, in the last years, RIONIL has been investing aiming at establishing a quality differential. Since 1997, with the implementation of standard ISO 9001, the company pursues improvement programs. At the moment, RIONIL is serving new customers of films, among other applications, that is more differentiated and produces PCV films for several usages.
Despite the high quality standard of its products, the industrial process generate losses. Within this context, the P+L Program is within the company’s targets of continuous quality improvement, with an expectancy to review opportunities to reduce the unnecessary expenses, increasing its efficiency and further introducing environmental benefits, reinforcing, thus, its commitment of avoiding damages to environment.
